30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in their original condition, unused, with tags and original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase required.

Contact us at support@newspirit.com to begin the process. Once accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@newspirit.com and we'll make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@newspirit.com.
